Dark Circles under eyes

1) Stop smoking. Dark under eye circles is probably far down on the list of reasons why you should quit smoking, but now you have one more reason to finally kick the habit.

2) Get more sleep. If you’re young, a non-smoker and in good health, a lack of sleep is going to be the biggest contributing factor to dark under eye circles in men. Do your body a favor, and get a full 7-8 hours – regularly.

3) Eat less salt. If your diet is high in trans fats, oils and salt, you’re not doing your body any favors. High salt diets, especially when accompanied by a low daily water intake, can cause multiple problems aside from dark under eye circles, including water retention.
